Highway A9 (Milan – Switzerland): Exit Como Nord then follow the directions to Cernobbio and surrounds.

Milan Linate and Milan Bergamo (Orio Al Serio)
Follow direction to Como – Chiasso (highway A9) until you reach the exit Como Nord (the last exit before the Swiss border). Follow the directions to Cernobbio.

Milan Bergamo – aprrox 97 km and 70 minutes drive time
Milan Malpensa
Follow the directions to Milan (highway A8); then take the highway A9(direction Como – Chiasso) until you reach the exit Como Nord (the last exit before the Swiss border). Follow the directions to Cernobbio.
Approx 67 km and 45-60 minutes drive time
Lugano Agno
Follow the direction of Lugano, then Lugano – Milan highway. Two hundred metres after the border and passport control Switzerland – Italy; exit on your left at “Cernobbio / Lago”. Follow the directions toward Cernobbio.
Arriving by Train Como San Giovanni train station is a major railway station along the North to South European railway line and you will probably arrive at this station. For ease, take a cab from the station to Cernobbio – it is about four kilometres. (alternatively you can walk 10 minutes to the ferry terminal and catch the ferry two stops to Cernobbio).
By public transport - From Milan Malpensa Airport
A shuttle bus runs every 20 mins from Milan Malpensa airport to Milan’s central station..www.malpensashuttle.it
From Milan central you can take the 40 minute train to Como San Giovanni station. Once in Como, you can catch the ferry or a taxi to the village of Cernobbio and surrounds.
By public transport - From Milan Linate Airport
